Q: What is my continuing education (CE) requirement for License renewal?
A: 12 hours of Colorado Real Estate Commission Update (CREC) during each license period and 4 hours of NAR Ethics are required PLUS 8 hours (minimum) of electives. 24 total hours of education during the license period.
